Revolutionary Male Birth Control
Weill Cornell Medicine researchers have developed a non-hormonal male contraceptive temporarily immobilizes sperm, taking effect within 30–60 minutes of oral ingestion and lasting for 2.5 hours. The drug's efficacy
drops after 3 hours, with fertility returning to normal the following day. This fast-acting contraceptive could enable men to share responsibility with women for birth control, especially in times of high demand for morning-after pills and abortion restrictions in the US.

Have you ever considered how our gut microbes can influence our mood, motivation to exercise, and even our sex drive?
Despite the prevalence of gut-related health issues, with almost half of the world's population experiencing some form of digestive problem, only 1 in 4 adults make digestive health a priority.
This report aims to emphasize the importance of gut health in achieving overall well-being. It delves into the reasons why our gut is often referred to as our "second brain" and explores the market size and perspectives, expert opinions, and practical solutions.
Here is the first tip from Edvard Grisin, a medical dietitian and lecturer at the Center of Innovative Dietology:
“Remember that your response to a diet is highly individualized, don’t compare yourself with your neighbor, friend, or spouse. Even if we were all fed the exact same foods, our gut responses would be very different.”
